Return Policy

While items will frequently be shipped sooner, please allow up to 4 business days for items to ship after payment and 2-4 weeks for custom orders and pre-sale purchases unless otherwise stated in the item listing or order confirmation. All custom sales are final. 
Should an item arrive damaged please email a photo to Please retain all packaging for your photo.


You will  receive tracking when your item ships, and if you're ever unsure of where your order is, please email us


If you change your mind about an item, our Return Policy makes it easy. 

All eligible items* must be returned with original tags attached in sellable condition. Returns received within 7 days of when you receive your item(s) will be eligible for a refund. After 7 days returns or exchanges are eligible for a store credit up to 30 days.  

*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE (or items marked down 40% or monogrammed/personalized products, earrings, leggings, bodysuits, hair accessories, socks, and gift cards.) 


Return Policy: 

  • Within 7 days of receipt, with the tags attached by mail or in store: Receive a refund to the original form of payment 
  • From 8-30 days after receipt, with the tags attached by mail or in store: Receive a store credit for the purchase price  
  • By Mail:  send your item with tracking to: Bee Hive Gift shop, 41 S Main Street, Wilkes Barre, Pa 18701 
  • In Store: Return your online or in store purchase to our Wilkes Barre location 
  • Exchanges: Items with tags attached and in unused condition can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt both by mail or in store. Exchanges are subject to a 1-7 day processing time. 
  • Without tags attached, or with visible wear (this includes deodorant marks): Items may not be returned or exchanged 
  • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law) 
  • Restocking Fee: Customers returning/exchanging greater then 15 products a month will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days or order will be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Holiday Return Policy: All eligible gift purchases after 11/16 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until 1/18. 
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions.
